Meet the Pastor and his wife:

Rev. Edwin & Janie Routson came to Hall from Michigan where he served as an Assistant Pastor.

Pastor Ed began his ministry here on September 19, 2010.

His ministry philosophy is to train the saved for service to God.  He longs to save the lost, prepare them spiritually and then send them out to begin the process anew.

His idea of training includes discipleship, spiritual disciplines & evangelism training.

He recieved his ministerial training through The Wesleyan Church 'FLAME' program.  It involves intense class room exposure coupled with home study, hands on workshops and networking with other clergy within the FLAME family and staff.  Following his course of study, Pastor Ed was Commissioned as a Minister in the Wesleyan Church on July 21, 2011.

Pastor Ed's wife, Janie, is a vital assitant to pastor's ministry. She works in the home and in the church assisting pastor in daily activities involving the administration of the church, visitation, and mentoring.
